Business Services

We offer Small Businesses three different levels of service depending on your needs or we can customize them to fit!  

The Basic program consists of connecting to your bank: 

• Downloading your transactions,
• Categorizing them (Utilities, Supplies, etc.) correctly.
• When your bank and credit card statements are ready, we will reconcile them for you. 
• Finally, we will create a Profit and Loss statement for you. 
• If you need a Balance Sheet, we will work with you to create that too!

The Standard program includes all of the items in the basic package along with:

• Accounts Payable (entering and paying bills),
• Accounts Receivable (invoicing and correctly applying payments), and
• Payroll through a third-party company like ADP or PayCom.

The White Glove program includes all of the above as well as:

• Budgeting
• Tracking trends and KPIs monthly or quarterly,
• Tracking financial metrics or ratios,
• Payroll through QuickBooks,
• Fixed Assets and
• Inventory.

You can choose any of the three packages or mix and match.
